Patty’s speciality is gatherings of 25 people. Menus are custom designed and options include lighter bites and hors d’oeuvres, to buffets and boards, and multi-course, sit down dining.

Experienced in managing catering teams and busy restaurant kitchens, Patty approaches each event with an attention to detail that begins with the food, but can extend, when needed, to include waiter and bar supervision.

Patty has access to an extended team of suppliers, and is able to connect private hire clients to her network of waitstaff, bar service teams, cleaning crews, floral designers, and event photographers.
