Freeze Your Cheese!
If you’re anything like me, your refrigerator drawer is overflowing with cheese. Just freeze it! If it’s unopened, just throw it in the freezer. If you’ve already opened it, double-wrap it in air-tight wrap, write the date on it with Sharpie, and then throw it in the freezer. When you’re ready to use it, just leave it on your counter for about an hour and you’re good to go!
You can also shred your cheddar or cube your mozz for a much easier way to use it.
