The 5 Gluten Free Grains

A lot of people have learned that Gluten just doesn’t agree with them. Here are my 5 GF grains that aren’t rice that you can now find in most stores, and they are all delicious: Millett, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Teff, and Sorghum. Each of them are quite different! My general rule of thumb is pretty much like this: pick a grain, add a protein (a legume, tofu, edamame, chicken/fish/meat), add a green, and then fill it in with vegetables. Finish off with your favorite vinaigrette. Done!
